Laws for Paws Lobby Day—February 11, 2020
Colorado Voters for Animals is sponsoring a special event to encourage animal lovers who want to learn about the legislative process in Colorado and how to effectively communicate with lawmakers. The event, a first for the organization, will be held at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center located at 1370 N. Grant Street. First Gentleman Marlon Reis will provide an introduction and a number of legislators will be in attendance to provide guidance on the best ways to influence legislation. Attendees will also be encouraged to visit the offices of their own representatives while at the Capitol. CLAW Caucus Dates
The Colorado Legislative Animal Welfare Caucus has set the dates for its 2020 meetings. The meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of each month at Noon in Room 357 of the State Capitol. Upcoming meeting dates are:
