It continues to show no real change in the Seller Types where the retail stores source their out-of-state puppies from. We continue to see OVER 90% OF PUPPIES FROM OUT-OF-STATE FOR SALE IN RETAIL PET STORES COME FROM BREEDERS WHO HAVE USDA ANIMAL WELFARE VIOLATIONS.
